| Julian Moffatt serves as Vice President, Client Solutions at e3 and brings a decade of expertise designing and implementing electronic environmental management systems. Julian has held various product development and client management positions, including VP of Product Development for Blue292 and Product Design Specialist for Caribou Systems. Julian is e3’s principal environmental contact, application designer and system architect. He also plays an integral role in directing future product development, making extensive use of his years as a Pollution Abatement Officer and consultant for Environment Canada and an Environmental Engineer for Petro-Canada. Julian’s key accomplishments during this period include authorship of contaminated site remediation criteria for the Government of Canada (published by the CCME in 1997); the development of water, soil and groundwater testing programs at petroleum refinery sites; and the implementation of environmental auditing programs at industrial facilities throughout Ontario. |
