This report, based on interviews with 33 industry experts, explains why firms are floundering with carbon management and putting the future of the business at risk due to flawed governance and strained business processes. Firms will need to implement a low carbon business transformation plan to fix the governance blackholes, effectively design a carbon strategy, coordinate business process change and launch a technology platform for world-class carbon accounting.
